Our products and services are of a digital nature and your account is updated instantly after you
have made an upgrade purchase. If you have made a purchase and feel that you have not received
what you had expected in terms of your upgrade, then you are invited to contact us at our support desk
so that we can see if adjustments should be made accordingly. If you wish to request a refund, this should
be done within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are subject to deductions for payment processing fees and 
affiliate commissions.

 

It is up to you, the member to ensure that, should you wish to end a subscription, you
have cancelled it with your payment processor. Refunds are not issued for renewed
subscriptions.
